This Shipping Policy is issued by LEAPFLOWX PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of LeapflowX, and describes how orders placed on our website are delivered.
We currently ship across India through our courier partners. Delivery may not be available for certain remote pin codes.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. A flat delivery charge of ₹60 applies to orders below this amount. Cash on Delivery orders attract an additional handling fee of ₹25.
Orders are typically packed within 24 hours of confirmation and delivered within 2–4 business days, with same-day/next-day delivery available in select cities. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status from My Account → My Orders.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@leapflowx.in with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
